Covid Fundraiser Event

India is suffering from a crisis of an unprecedented scale - people are desperately in need of medical care, oxygen, medicines and hospital beds. During these challenging times, many NGOs are doing the groundwork of providing these facilities.

We would like to call on our global yoga community to join us for a fundraiser yoga event to support two NGOs. 100% of your contribution goes directly to Rahat by Goonj and Khaana Chahiye

Tom started to experiment with meditation 12 years ago. For the past 6 years, he’s been trained in Tibetan Buddhism, and he took part in a 3 year intense meditation teacher training under the guidance of his teacher, Chogyal Rinpoche.

Bodyscan Meditation

I live in Berlin and as a meditation trainer I would like to share my experiences around meditation and mindfulness. Meditation helps me to distance myself from stress and pressure. Everything passes and nothing remains forever, we feel this most clearly in our body sensations.

Lina Escherhaus

We look forward to seeing you!
